BLOG CANDY TIME

I know I haven't really posted lately with being sick and the holidays and of course my birthday. I am almost 100% better and much to my surprise when I signed on tonight I see I have over 10 thousand hits which really excites me because I never thought that would happen. I know I am not big time like some of you but I am so excited and feel so blessed over my hits that I am going to offer blog candy. I am not sure what it will be but I am going to make it something really good because You guys have been good to me. Lets see what I want you to do......Sogn my guest book if you haven't already and then tell me something good you did for someone else this holiday season. what I did was win a contest at work for the most improved store in raising money for childrens miracle network, My prize was $200.00 and instead of keeping it for myself I put on a in store holiday party for the employee's at my store complete with a secret santa. They couldn't thank me enough and as far as I am concerned they deserved it and it raised moral so much it was incredible. I apologize

I haven't been around much in the last week. I was so sick with a sinus infection that I couldn't stand being on the computer. I couldn't even think straight. I think I am on the mend now and as soon as I take the pictures I will post a couple of Birthday cards I received this week. Thanks for stopping in.

I've been tagged....Twice

I have been tagged not once but twice. Once from stampamania and once from daily scappin inspiration. Check out their blogs they are very talented ladies. So now I hafta tell 7 things about myself wierd or otherwise and I have to tag some others.

This is 1/8th of my christmas village. when I lived in Massachusetts My house was so much bigger I could put it all up but here in North Carolina I figured just me and DH I didnt need a big house but at christmas I regret it, Thanks for looking in again

I put up the tree and this picture dh took doesnt do it justice...Can I say the tree is beautiful and not just because I did it but everyone that has seen it says its like a dept store tree.....I am proud of myself...thanks for stopping in

There is no theme just any card you want to make. Must have Layers and 1 embellishment. Send six cards in a baggie and a self addressed stamped envelope. You will receive 5 different cards back. Get those creative juices going girls. Remeber its not due to me until Feb 2nd,2008(sounds like a long time doesn"t it) I am excited and I cant wait to see what we all come up with. I have had 1 response besides myself. Come ladies the cards are due until february 2nd. Thats way after the Holidays and You only have to do 6 cards and a self addressed envelope. I know we are all looking at time but I have to say I am in Retail Management and I work alot and I come home and cook every night and I am in the swap. If I have to I will be in all six groups
