scs challenge 121

Not to sure about this card. For some reason I really struggled with the challenge. I can't remember whose blog I saw this technique on but its to stamp in white and then use color pencils. I think it might of bee maria loves to stamp. I used su sketch it stamps for the flower and leaves and papertrey's green thumb stems. I used white ink and then su watercolor pencils. then I typed the sentiment on the computer. I added some brads to the corners because I couldn't find a ribbon I liked with it.

I used some squiggles on the side from the delight in life set

Sorry I am late with this but I did some fund raising for childrens miracle network and my replacement person never showed so I had to do the right thing and stay until someone showed. After much deliberation and trying to decide if the random number generator was the way to go, I decided to pick what I thought was the funniest and it was quite a chore so I asked my hubby for help and he and I agreed on this one .......DrumRoll Please!!!!

I went to take a shower and the water kept rising and rising. I was like, great the drain is backed up. I turned off the water and heard none of it draining, so I grabbed the toilet plunger and started plunging away, with no success!! I call DH and he said "Pour in some draino stuff." Did it and let it sit for a while. When DH came home he broke a sweat plunging. Come to find out, there was nothing wrong with the drain. I accidentally flipped up the drain stopper (out of habit from giving baths, I have four children). My DH was aggravated and I felt foolish!! It was still funny though!! So Shannon K please email me your Addy and I will get that right out to you

Still Here

I am still here. Just have some sort of block going on I have made several cards but hated each one of them. I think I got an Idea to work on so maybe today I can get to it. there is no maybe I need to get to it. I have company in from New Jersey so that may be part of my block, just feeling guilty when I go in the other room to stamp instead of spending time with them.

Blog Candy

I have reached my first 1000 visits to my blog(who would have thought) so in honor of this I will be offering some blog candy.
